As we begin the New Year we look forward to serving our current customers with continued quality and excellence. As an independent graphite supplier and full service machine shop our goals have remained consistent in our efforts to service all our customers with an efficient technical support staff, competitive pricing and on time deliveries. With the addition of an outside sales representative coupled with new machinery we anticipate a year filled with new challenges and growth.
Beaumac Company, Inc. currently has a number of furnaces available for toll processing, sizes ranging from small lab furnaces capable of 2400°c to a large bottom loading 48" diameter by 57" tall with 1500°c able to operate in both vacuum or partial pressure atmosphere. These furnaces are readily available at a very competitive rate. Please contact sales@beaumac.com for more information.
Taking into account the changing marketplace for graphite products, and with material manufacturers producing larger size products, Beaumac has decided to compliment our already extensive machining capacities with two new pieces of equipment. BCI recently ordered a large CNC Gantry Mill with a machining capacity of 12" X 61" X 121". We feel this machine will allow us to be more competitive, and allow a reduced lead-time on currently produced parts, as well as allowing our customers greater options for more cost effective production of ever larger furnace components such as Hearth Plates and Rail systems. Including, the numerous rigid insulation products currently being produced in larger billet sizes. This machine, coupled with a state of the art Master-Cam 3D CAD/CAM software programming system, will allow us to produce even the most complicated of components.
To complement this large Gantry Mill, we have also purchased a timesaver precision Belt Sander with the ability to accept stock as large as 8" thick X 53" wide. Being a continuous feed machine; even the longest of graphite stocks are not a concern. This sander will produce superior surface finishes, while holding thickness tolerances less than .005". Together, these new additions to our machine inventory will allow Beaumac to grow, as our expanding and demanding customer base requires.
